SansiMayo Warranty Policy
A. Warranty Coverage
SansiMayo warrants its timepieces (purchased only from authorized SansiMayo sellers or directly from www.sansimayo.com) against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Damage caused by mishandling, including scratches on the glass, strap damage, or accidental impacts.

Defects resulting from unauthorized repairs, opening, or servicing by non-authorized service providers.

Water damage to watches not marked as water-resistant.

Corrosion or damage due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or solvents.

Physical damages such as dents, cracks, or deep scratches.
B. Conditions of Warranty

Movement Replacement – Analog and chronograph movements are eligible for free replacement within 1 year from the date of retail purchase in case of manufacturing defects.

Plating/Corrosion – Case or bracelet issues such as plating peel-off, rusting, or corrosion are eligible for free replacement within 1 year.

Repair or Replacement – SansiMayo reserves the right to repair the watch with new or reconditioned parts or replace it with a comparable model of equal value at its sole discretion.

Model Discontinuation – In cases where the original model is discontinued or unavailable, an equivalent SansiMayo watch will be offered as a replacement.

No Refund Policy – Products purchased are not eligible for refund under the warranty coverage.

Authorized Service Only – To claim warranty benefits, the customer must deliver the watch to a SansiMayo Authorized Service Centre. All costs related to transportation, delivery, or courier are to be borne by the customer.

Warranty is only valid with an original invoice or proof of purchase.

Watches purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms not approved by SansiMayo are not covered.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
